How do I buy a subscription?+
Pick a plan on the Pricing page, then message us on WhatsApp or WeChat. We accept WeChat Pay and Alipay P2P transfers. Once payment is confirmed, we send your subscription link.
How long does activation take?+

What payment methods do you accept?+
We accept P2P payments via WeChat Pay and Alipay. No card or crypto gateway is needed.
Can I use AVX VPN on multiple devices?+
Yes. Each plan allows a set number of active devices. You can check the device limit on the Pricing page.
What apps do you support?+
We currently support Hiddify, Clash / Clash Verge, and Shadowrocket. Step-by-step tutorials are available for each app.
Do you keep logs?+
We do not track or store your browsing activity. Your subscription link is for access only.
