1. SERVICE DESCRIPTION

AVX VPN sells subscription links compatible with proxy clients such as Hiddify, Clash / Clash Verge, and Shadowrocket. We do not provide the network infrastructure; we provide access credentials and setup support.

2. TRANSACTION AGREEMENTS

All payments are made through P2P transfer via WeChat Pay or Alipay. No credit-card or cryptocurrency gateway is offered. Your subscription link is sent after payment is confirmed.

3. COMPENSATION & REFUNDS

Contact us within 24 hours if your subscription link does not work. Refunds or replacements are issued at our discretion based on usage and the issue reported.

4. ACCEPTABLE USE PROTOCOLS

You agree not to use the service for illegal activities, abuse, spamming, or any action that harms third parties. Violation may result in cancellation without refund.

5. SYSTEM MODIFICATIONS

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes means you accept the updated terms.
